I was told by another company that my A/C unit could not be repaired, and I was facing a $13K swap of the A/C side of my home.
Russ was on time, accommodating, transparent about the condition of the unit and most important, fair with his price to repair. He was able to fix the unit for less than 10% of the estimated cost from the other company.

I would highly recommend RM Mechanical for you HVAC service needs.

Found RM Mechanical on Google Maps, called about HVAC not working in summer heat. Russ fit me in last minute and got it going with a quick fix, dead capacitor. Excellent service, thank you very much!

Russ and his brother did an excellent job. New system is so efficient and way more quiet than the 25 year old system.

We are so grateful for RM Mechanical! Our A/C went out unexpectedly, and they came through for us in the best way. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, reliable, and incredibly friendly. You can tell they truly care about their work and their customers. Everything was handled with professionalism, and they even made sure everything was clean before leaving. If you need help, call Russ—he is responsive, trustworthy, and will take care of you without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend!

Mr. Melva was a blessing when our heater/AC went out. He responded quickly, explained everything he did and had the parts he needed with him. Everything was immediately fixed. A very well done job. We will definitely use his company again, should the need arise.

Russ is a god send. My AC unit went out and I was scrambling to find someone to fix my system. He was quick, fast and fit me in right before a massive heat wave. He communicated the whole time and was here when he scheduled. I will definitely be hiring him for any maintenance and work moving forward.

After this experience, it will be hard to give anyone else a 5 star rating. Rus is everything you want in a contractor, but have probably have never experienced. He's professional, organized, extremely capable and competent, efficient, clean, reliable, proactive and engaged, present, on time, communicative, and honest. I got an entire new HVAC system: AC, heat pump, replaced ducts and insulation and installed a new house fan. Billing was simple and fair. He coordinated, scheduled and followed up in real time on city inspections. He showed up personally on day one to make sure the insulation removal service was there. He answers calls and questions, and stands by his work. The city inspector said he was really impressed with the work as well. He handled all of the energy rebates with the city and built that into the quote. So easy and peace of mind is priceless.

What great service! Came home from work to a very HOT house. This was a few weeks back when the weather was steadily in the high 90's-low 100's. It was already about 4:30PM when I started calling around to see who could come out and help us. Started with the "big names" and then worked my way to the local smaller companies. Russ was the only one who could come out as soon as the next day. Said he'd be there by noon. The next day, to my surprise, he called me around 8:30am and said that he could be over by 9am! He and a younger guy (maybe his son?) showed nice and early and had our system up and running in less than 20 minutes - no joke! Quick and excellent service!!
