After this experience, it will be hard to give anyone else a 5 star rating. Rus is everything you want in a contractor, but have probably have never experienced. He's professional, organized, extremely capable and competent, efficient, clean, reliable, proactive and engaged, present, on time, communicative, and honest. I got an entire new HVAC system: AC, heat pump, replaced ducts and insulation and installed a new house fan. Billing was simple and fair. He coordinated, scheduled and followed up in real time on city inspections. He showed up personally on day one to make sure the insulation removal service was there. He answers calls and questions, and stands by his work. The city inspector said he was really impressed with the work as well. He handled all of the energy rebates with the city and built that into the quote. So easy and peace of mind is priceless.

What great service! Came home from work to a very HOT house. This was a few weeks back when the weather was steadily in the high 90's-low 100's. It was already about 4:30PM when I started calling around to see who could come out and help us. Started with the "big names" and then worked my way to the local smaller companies. Russ was the only one who could come out as soon as the next day. Said he'd be there by noon. The next day, to my surprise, he called me around 8:30am and said that he could be over by 9am! He and a younger guy (maybe his son?) showed nice and early and had our system up and running in less than 20 minutes - no joke! Quick and excellent service!!
