“Russ has pride of ownership and gets the job done professionally and with the assistance of respectable, polite and competent team members. I have worked with Russ regarding preventative maintenance of the HVAC on my business for several years with no problems and also at my home. Not long ago I was impatient trying to reach Russ and unfortunately called another company. Russ has to come after and clean up someone else’s poor work which I regret but he managed with class and professionalism. He got my system updated, reasonably priced and very quickly. He and his brother were very pleasant to work with and even though he had to deal with my wasps and all on my second story unit. "We bought a house that had a lot of deferred maintenance. Russ has been out to the house multiple times over the last couple of years, fixing or replacing one of our 3 air conditioners. He almost always comes out on the same day that I call which has saved me from having unhappy guests during the hot weather more than one time. He always explains what he's doing so that I might be able to fix simple problems in the future. His prices are extremely reasonable and he tries to save me money wherever he can. He even checked to see if one of my A/C units was still under warranty since we didn't know its history. He also insulated the duct work under the house and did it for a price he had quoted over a year before. Not many companies would have done that. I really trust him.”
